Kristine Hamlett is a seasoned digital marketing professional, with expertise in several key areas, including social media strategy and management, event management, and community management. She has over a decade of sales and marketing experience, working with a diverse set of clients, ranging from early stage startups, to some of the largest and most prominent retail and technology companies in the world.

Kristine has also successfully launched a health and wellness blog and Instagram, achieving a broad viewership that sparked several collaborative engagements with some of the most influential up and coming health and wellness companies.

Kristine is currently working as Managing Editor and Content Strategy as part of the Brand Strategy team at Adobe. She directs and manages production and publishing, and manages a global operating model with regional teams around the world. She also manages the content strategy where she directs the creation of a consistent narrative in brand storytelling.

Before joining Adobe, Kristine worked in Social Media as part of the Communications Strategy team for Goodby, Silverstein and Partners where she worked on a portfolio of brands acting as the brand voice across social channels, engaging communities on owned, earned and shared media platforms and social media strategy. 

Prior to her time at GS&P, Kristine held the role of Community Manager for Nest Labs, (a Google Alphabet company) responsible for the relaunch, execution and management of the Consumer Community. Previously she held the role of Community Manager for Old Navy’s digital engagement team, where she maintained the delivery and success of all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr). She acted as a key contributor and thought leader, assisting cross-functional teams with content development for corporate marketing campaigns, and utilized a strategic and analytic approach to driving brand awareness and audience engagement.

Kristine has also held the role of Community Maven for lululemon athletica, where she worked to implement, execute, and track community strategies. She supported one of lululemon’s primary North American markets, uncovering consumer trends, and building strong relationships with key product influencers, fitness studios, and corporations, to help build brand equity within a rapidly growing customer-base.

Earlier in her career, Kristine focused extensively on sales and sales management. She spent 4 years at Salesforce.com as a Sales Representative and Account Executive on the Training and Certification team where she exceeded quarterly sales targets, and was invited to the company’s annual Peak Performer’s club. Following Salesforce.com she managed successful sales teams at both Google and AdRoll before serving as Event Partnerships Manager at TechCrunch/AOL where she created unique and custom sponsorship packages for global events.

Kristine is a University of Arizona alumna and a certified Pilates instructor. In her free time she enjoys skiing, traveling, cooking and running after her twin toddlers. She's well-versed in wit and sarcasm and considers Lake Tahoe and Hawaii her favorite destinations.
